All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

You may customize this section as per your policy, for example:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499

  • Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹499

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid phone number to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

We will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally happen due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order is received in damaged condition, appears tampered with, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear unboxing photos or videos

  • images of the package and product

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

8. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across eligible serviceable locations in India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you may not be able to place an order or delivery may not be available.
